How does it work with my utility company?

We will buy enough wind energy to match your electric usage.  Your utility company will continue to reliably deliver electricity to your home or business.  You will receive one consolidated bill each month from Green Core Electric, which includes the utility and wind energy costs.

How much will it cost me?

Our cost is 1¢ per kWh more than your current electric bill. The number of kWh you use each month is available on your electric bill or online account. The average U.S. household uses 900 kWh per month, which works out to an extra $9 per month. Another estimate is approximately a 7% increase in your electric bill.

Am I making a difference?

Yes! Electricity generation is the largest source of greenhouse gases in the U.S. Each household powered by wind energy will prevent enough CO2 emissions and save enough water to account for planting 121 trees per year and skipping 4 showers everyday.
